- BOPP (Biaxal Oriented Polypropylene) foil: transparent, matt, white or metallised. It can be printed on the activated side. Good for laminating with other structures.
- CPP (Cast Polypropylene) foil
- BOPP pearl foil. Printable, opaque, sealable polypropylene pearl foil with micro-porous structure for direct packing. The foil’s micro-porous internal structure ensures its lower density and therefore top packaging efficiency.
- BOPET (Biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate) foil. Transparent, matt, or coloured. It can be activated chemically or corona-treated; it can also be metallised. BOPET is used for printing or for further processing such as laminating. It is characterised by high transparency, gloss, good glide and abrasion resistance. The foil is also resistant to machining and maintains excellent dimension stability.
- LDPE (low density polyethylene), thermoplastic, branched polyethylene chains “do not match” to one another which results in the material’s lower density. Resistant to acids, alkalis, and salt solutions. Not resistant to strong oxidants or concentrated acids such as sulfuric, nitric or chromic acids. LDPE is used as a thermoplastic sealable layer in multi-layered laminates. Can be printed over the activated side.
