We are a Polish company which specialises in printing top quality soft packaging in the form of EB (Electron Beam) cured offset tapes in flexographic and rotogravure technologies.
We offer surface printing on paper, plastic foil, or aluminium.
We use printed films and solvent-based as well as solvent-free adhesives to produce duplex and triplex laminates. We only use material of proven quality. EURO PRINT offers fast and comprehensive services involving preparation, printing, cutting and rewinding onto rolls adapted to client packing machines. We are proud to have a large group of highly satisfied clients.

HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT

EURO PRINT was established in 1992 in a facility located at Polna street in Poznan which only had one used DIDIGLASER rolling offset machine at that time.

In 2001 the company moved to newly built manufacturing halls whose space totalled to 2000m2, and to offices whose space totalled to 500m2 located in Komorniki near Poznan, having three paper roll-to-roll printers. In order to offer our Clients refined products, we bought a solvent-free laminator as well as prepress machines, including a CtP line and a DTP workstation.

2007 brought a breakthrough in the company’s development with the purchase of a Muller Martini Alprinta 74 V hybrid printer which combined offset, rotogravure and flexographic technologies with Electron Beam (EB) offset paint curing system that had not been known on the Polish market before. This allowed us to extend our offer by printing on non-absorbent surfaces such as plastic foils or aluminium.

In 2012, within a project co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund, we received a grant for innovation called “Implementing an Innovative Technology for Manufacturing Double-Layer Packaging by Euro Print.” The project stipulated launching a manufacture of an innovative laminate, based on 60g/m2 paper and metallised propylene foam with a 21g/m2 ES sealable layer patented by Exxon Mobil (in 2013 taken over by Jindal Films). Within the project we bought a modern two-system Svecom – Princess 110 laminator, and an environment-friendly Venjakob Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser (RTO). In December 2014, we launched a manufacture of our 84g/m2 EUROlam 84 laminate which can compete with the standard 106g/m2 laminate (paper/AL7mik/PE). The new laminate has a simplified structure (where 3 layers have been substituted with 2 layers), greater efficiency due to its lower weight, high resistance to perforation or breaking as compared to aluminium, improved water vapour, oxygen, and smell barrier, lower weight of packaging, which all translates to lower consumption of raw materials, and therefore to environment protection.

In 2016, we introduced a new Jurmet Winder slitter.
